CAPI events do not appear in Meta Events Manager

  • Ensure that both the Meta Pixel ID and the CAPI access token are entered correctly
  • Use a test event code for verification – events will appear in the Test Events panel
  • Check WP Admin → Tools → Scheduled Actions (if WooCommerce is active) – look for hnd_tracking_capi_send actions
  • Activate WP_DEBUG and check the wp-content/debug.log file for “HND Tracking CAPI” errors
  • The server must be able to connect to graph.facebook.com – some hosting providers block outgoing HTTP requests
