Cookie banner does not appear

Check the following:

  • The plugin is activated and the license is valid (or within the 3-day trial period)
  • Settings → General → GTM container ID has been entered
  • Settings → Cookie Banner → “Show Klaro cookie banner” is checked
  • Clear the browser’s localStorage: open the DevTools console and run localStorage.removeItem(‘klaro’), then reload the page
  • When using lazy loading (default): the banner appears after scrolling, moving the mouse, or after a timeout (default 4 seconds)
  • Clear the site cache (WP Rocket, etc.) after changing settings
  • Check that the klaro-no-css.js file exists in the folder wp-content/plugins/hnd-tracking/assets/vendor/klaro/
