Meta Pixel Helper is not showing events

  • Provide consent first – Meta Pixel only loads after marketing consent is given
  • Verify that the Meta Pixel ID has been entered under Settings → Services
  • In GTM, ensure that the “Meta Pixel – Base + PageView” tag uses the Custom – hnd_consent_granted trigger with regex matching enabled
  • Check the browser console: window.fbq should return a function (not undefined) after consent is given
